Why a Founding Investor Program

The St. George Chamber of Commerce is being established at a rare moment: the formation of a new city with real scale, responsibility, and long-term opportunity.

Founding Investors are businesses and leaders who choose to invest beyond standard membership to help establish early capacity, credibility, and momentum during the Chamber’s formative years.

This is not a sponsorship program. It is a leadership-level investment in the foundation of the St. George business community.

Purpose of Founding Investor Contributions

Founding Investor support helps the Chamber:

• Establish core operating infrastructure
• Deliver clear, professional communication
• Convene meaningful, well-run gatherings
• Build early credibility without overreliance on dues alone

All contributions are directed toward long-term value for the business community.

Founding Investor Levels

Annual contributions (in addition to standard membership dues):

• Silver – $2,500
• Gold – $5,000
• Platinum – $10,000+

Participation is optional and limited during the Chamber’s founding phase.

Founding Investor Recognition

(Years One and Two)

Founding Investors will receive recognition during the first two years of the Chamber’s operation, reflecting their early leadership and commitment.

Recognition includes:

• Listing as a Founding Investor on the Chamber website during Years One and Two
• Acknowledgment in select Chamber communications during the founding period
• Recognition at the Annual Meeting in Year One and Year Two

What This Program Is - and Is Not

This program is:

• A leadership-level investment
• Focused on early stability and credibility
• Grounded in transparency and restraint
• Built for businesses that value long-term outcomes

This program is not:

• A marketing sponsorship package
• A guarantee of influence or control
• Pay-to-play access
• Transactional advertising

Founding Investor Term

Founding Investor designation and recognition apply during the Chamber’s founding period, covering the first two operational years.

The structure of this program may evolve as the Chamber matures.
